Eligibility & Timeframe

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Certain final sale items marked as non-returnable are excluded (see exceptions below)

Important Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear with removed hygiene liners or tags. All other swimwear must be returned in original, unworn condition with protective packaging intact.

2. Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label (for exchanges) or shipping instructions:

  • Repackage items securely in original packaging when possible
  • Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
  • For exchanges: We’ll cover return shipping costs via our logistics partners
  • For returns: Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping is at customer’s expense

3. Processing

Upon receipt at our Bath facility, we’ll inspect items within 2 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Details

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The refund method depends on your original payment:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to reflect on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours

Note: International transactions may take additional processing time depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Options

For size or style exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days after receiving your return
  • You’ll receive tracking information via email
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable
